Kathleen (Kitty) Hass

Kitty is the president of her consulting practice specializing in enterprise business analysis, complex project management, and strategy execution through portfolio management. Kitty is a prominent presenter at industry conferences, author and facilitator. Her expertise includes IT strategic planning, implementing and managing PMOs and BA Centers of Excellence, executive coaching, coaching to critical projects, and managing large complex programs.

She has over 25 years experience providing professional services to Federal agencies, the intelligence community, and Fortune 500 companies. Kitty is a Member of the IIBA Board of Directors and Chair of the Board Nominating Committee.

Kitty has authored numerous white papers and articles on leading-edge business practices, the renowned series entitled, Business Analysis Essential Library, and the PMI 2009 Book of the Year, Managing Project Complexity - A New Model.
