Gerrie Caudle, PMP is the founder and principal of Toshmar Systems Consulting Inc., an international consulting and training firm that specializes in business requirements gathering, use cases, and process re-engineering. With over 25 years and hundreds of business requirements definition engagements under her belt, her company's practice is world-class. Gerrie Caudle is the author of the book entitled "Streamlining Business Requirements", published in 2009 by Management Concepts. She has been engaged by Fortune 500 companies to train their analysts on requirements management. She was a contributing member of the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) and was instrumental in drafting the first Body of Knowledge (BABOK) on Gathering Business requirements.
